The storybook actions add-on work when some args of a story are functions. Qwik is weird and doesn't let you pass functions to components because they aren't serializable.

Maybe we can automatically wrap all function args with a QRL that calls the storybook action function.

feat: support actions addon (#70)

Basically entirely replacing the actions addon ArgsEnhancers with our own that also add inlineQrl so it works with Qwik.

Fixes #16
