MuSiCa 1.2

MuSiCa desktop local version

Current up-to-date stable version of MuSiCa ready to be used in local machines, based on R version 4.0.2. It includes an environment file to help installation using conda.

Please follow the instructions on the README in order to use it and remember to give credit by citing our publication (Díaz-Gay et al. 2018 BMC Bioinformatics).

Limited to a maximum of 20 samples and 3 hours of running time (due to web server limitations). If you need more computational resources please consider to used desktop local version
