RNode auto-install on Windows

Autoconfig can't install. Using the menu options, he says that there isn't internet connection. I'm not at home, so I can't copy paste the error but it's something like this. Thank you.

What specific firmware version are you trying to install?

rnode_firmware_lora32v21. But i used other options in the menu with the same result. With the menu it says that there isn't internet connection,

Ah, I actually have no idea if it will even work on Windows.

There's a lot of system calls that assume as POSIX OS, so I am not really expecting it to work on windows unless it is properly ported.

That specific failure you get there is probably because there is no wget utility available, so it cannot download the release info.

Can you try on a machine with Linux? It should even work on macOS out of the box too.
