This release adds telemetry and location updating in the background on Android. Please note, for this capability to enable, you must manually allow Sideband to access location in the background, in the Android permission settings.

  • Added background telemetry updating on Android
  • Fixed missing auto-announce on fast WiFi roaming
  • Fixed mismatch of IFAC sizes on some interfaces after increase in the default sizes in RNS
  • Fixed ambient light sensor reporting None instead of 0 lux when no ambient light is present
  • Improved error logging
