Description
In this PR, we add a command
-sstakeupdateor--send-stakedupdate-eventwhich adds 100 MATIC to the validator-1 on L1 smartcontract and verifies if its processed on Heimdall.It is a direct test if the
StakeUpdateevent is being bridged and processed on heimdall.
