v1.1.11 - Prep for Timber 2.0

Update all templates ahead of Timber 2.0 release. Changes Timber::get_context() to Timber::context() and Timber::get_posts() to new Timber\PostQuery().

Version 1.1.7 - A New Hope

A lot has changed in this release. Notable changes:

• Timber and all NPM packages have been updated to their latest versions.
• Updated all default templates and layouts.
• Some functionality has been broken out of functions.php to separate files for readability and simplicity.
• Removed js include line from layout, enqueued correctly now using WordPress action.
• Added Google Tag Manager and Site Verification support via ACF fields.
