tiny hot-fix: only issue warning about mismatched CDS translation given by antismash vs biopython when the mismatch features codons/aas other than the first codon.
This is because antismash/NCBI/EBI have better 'knowledge' of bacterial alternative codons, and current biopython implementation doesnt.
