This adds support for toggling between Rx Boosted Gain and Rx Power Saving Gain on SX126x hardware. It uses a new method
SX126x::setRxBoostedGainMode
which is present in RadioLib as of the updated commit hash in platformio.ini. The complementary protobufs PR is here.(Not sure what the correct order of operations is re: merging the protobufs update – its absence here is causing the build checks below to complain mightily 😀)
