This is the next phase of the GPS rework. It incorporates unique commands for the M8 series and adds a test for M10 hardware. Subsequent PRs will address adding VALSET commands to incorporate the power management and reduced NMEA sentences used by the Neo-6, Max-7 and M8 receivers. The M10 is left in its default state which does work with Meshtastic.
