OLED_ can be configured via userPrefs.h

PR provides new functionality that allows this user to find the OLED display settings through the userPrefs.h file, instead of editing the variant/*/platformio.ini. This simplifies the configuration process and allows you to save your own settings together in a separate configuration file.
