Used to triage Drupal change records to ensure phpstan-drupal, drupal-rector, and upgrade_status have appropriate issues.

Any open issue needs one of the following:

• Triage and labeling
• Verifying that upgrade_status, phpstan-drupal, or drupal-rector has a related ticket

Change records by group

• JavaScript changes

• Dependency changes

• Informational changes

• Unarchived changes exclude the archived label to exclude old issues.
