Introduced in branch/version: 10.3.x / 10.3.0

When the Migrate module is enabled, a new page at /admin/reports/migration-messages summarizes the messages (if any) from all available migrations. There is also a child page for each migration, showing the full messages. The Administration menu has a link to the summary page, under Reports.
