This PR adds icon aliases for the terminal and consolidates the uses of
outlineandfilledin our icons, specifically for the circle icons. We now default to the outline style and only call out thefilledversions, we still provide an alias for the outline versions for backward compatibility. Here is a preview of the updated icons:cc @aeschli @daviddossett
