I just read through the whole Spanish winget.resw file for this @_@
Some changes are to add consistency in the translation of "source" (fuente or origen), and in the use of "/" and "o". Some were mistranslations due to the English string being ambiguous or hard to read; I'll follow up with a PR adding comments to the English winget.resw.
(I know this won't get merged as it needs to go to the localization team; but it was easy to put the changes here.)
