remove inline styling / svg graph as not compatible with out CSP

Changes

I originally wanted the stats to be transformed into a neat little SVG graph. However the required inline styling (to tell the graph engine what values to use), is not compatible with out CSP policy.

QA notes

The task page stats should look the same. however it should no longer produce console warnings for CSP issues in the browser.
