The RMC dashboard has a few problems:

  1. It is not a dashboard because it does not summarize information in any way.
  2. Rust feature support information is not being presented to users appropriately.

We agreed on creating a table that summarizes Rust feature support for users. The RMC "dashboard" is more useful for developers, so we need to rename it and move to developer documentation.
