Context
When registering a sequence, the fixed volume is transferred directly into the new sequence. This is not an issue, but in some cases, it may be desirable to apply the same point spread function defined by the registration process to all the series, including the fixed volume. To provide that flexibility, I have added the option to register the fixed volume to itself, which can be selected through the "Register Fixed volume to itself" checkbox (see image below)
Changes & Results
I've taken the model from the existing checkboxes in the extension to define this new option. I evaluated it successfully with Slicer 5.6.2 running on a MacBook Pro 2023, Sonoma 14.4.1.
