conkiran

An Iranian time and date conky.

It shows time (hour:minute:second), weekday, Persian date (Shamsi Jalali calendar), Gregorian date and a personal expression.

Installation

• Install conky and conky manager (optional)
• Install jcal & jdate (for ubuntu follow this wiki)
• Install fribid (in ubuntu install libfribidi-bin)
• Install vazir, ubuntu and aller fonts
• Download and put .conkyrc file to your ~/.conky folder
• You could change personal expression by editing template1 variable (line:52) (In no way not recommended 😊 )
• Active .conkyrc from conky or conky-manager
