Unsupported bookmark features

The bookmarks in this PDF (download+rename to ".pdf") - bookmark-unsupported-features pdf - should be self-explanatory of what the problem is.

So far, the only reader I've found that supports this is Adobe. Okular gets the link to Google right, but not the rest. Xpdf and ViewPDF crash when attempting to open the file. Evince, ApVLV, and gv don't show it right either.

Any resolution for this? can you please let us know the hyperlink issue in bookmark will be fixed in next release?

Reopening to track the bold/italic and color issues. Note that the last bookmark has no color dictionary and it therefore makes sense that the color is missing. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC also displays that one without a color. The URL issue is fixed by #6822.
