Pypi page link needs updating to point to this fork

On https://pypi.org/project/pyjexl/ if one clicks the 'Homepage' link, it goes to a different, older fork of the project, rather than this one, which appears to be much more recently maintained.

Success criterion

• The PyPi page should link to this repository, not the Osmose fork

I've updated setup.py to have the new link. I believe we'll have to publish a new version for that to take effect.
