[TableSortLabel] Sort asc by default

• After looking at most of the serious datatable/dategrid implementations, e.g. Chrome dev tools, it seems that sorting asc is the default first choice. This change reflects it. I don't think that it's breaking because the direction should be controlled anyway, the default value isn't very important.
• I have fixed the demo to not change the direction between hover and the first interaction to sort.
• I have increased the style difference between the sorting active and inactive state, as people should be able to loop the state between asc, desc and no sorting.
