The originalKeywordKind problem comes from TSLint. It's unlikely that it'll be solved (the project isn't supported anymore), so it's a good enough reason to get rid of it and convert its rules to equivalent ESLint rules.

@mnajdova maybe we should look into adding this to the roadmap soon? It will block TS updates until we solve it.

This dependency update is now unblocked with #40020.

I also addressed two issues picked by CI:

• In commit 52306fb, a change in the new TypeScript versions highlights an oversight. Although it went unnoticed earlier, it's now corrected. This aligns with the expected behavior and should have been caught by TypeScript earlier.
• Commit f99ec86 addresses the requirement that, since TypeScript v5.2.2, the module and moduleResolution options must match. Refer to https://devblogs.microsoft.com/typescript/announcing-typescript-5-2/#breaking-changes-and-correctness-fixes.
