Este é um app que exibe informações sobre um carrinho de compras e as guarda em um banco de dados (room) local.
Caso o app não consulte essas informações localmente em 5 minutos, a próxima chamada será feita para a api.
Caso o usuário queira realizar uma chamada manual, coloquei um SwipeRefreshLayout para recarregar as informações do backend.
