Update security policy for 0.9.68 release #4920

Additional fixes: Ubuntu 16.04 ais EOL. This means that Firejail 0.9.38 is (to reasonable knowledge) not supported by any mainstream distros. Ubuntu 21.04 is also EOL.

Can you please move Debian 12 to 0.9.68? It's currently only in unstable, but will land in testing in ~5 days. And after that in Debian 11 backports.
Or should I update the file after it has migrated?
