The current version of netlify-lambda that's published to NPM is missing a LICENSE file.

There is a MIT license set in the package.json - which is not enough from a licensing point of view, because MIT license has the obligation for the licensee to include the license (text) and copyright when re-distributing work based on MIT.

This is not possible without a license file (with included copyright), so i've added one for you.
