Fix CI builds

Please take a look at #7

The missing parts here are .automation/build-rpm.sh and .automation/build-srpm.sh:

• build-rpm.sh
  • It's called from https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-engine-metrics/blob/master/.github/workflows/build.yml#L81
  • It includes build-srpm.sh which should create .src.rpm package from sources
  • Then it builds .rpm from the .src.rpm
• build-srpm.sh
  • It creates .src.rpm from current sources
  • It's called from build-rpm.sh

The whole automation directory is just for STDCI and can be removed once GH CI is working.

So you can abandon this patch and merge #7 and please take a look carefully to understand the build flow
