This fixes breaking issues made in the last hotfix update relating to sending guild messages/notifications.

This hotfix will address the issue in which guild members within instances cannot notify the guild of any invasion status updates due to them not being able to view invasions.

The addon will now check all guild members and only deem them eligible to notify the guild if they are not in an instance map.
