Removed the SVG image watcher, as I'm confident this fix will address copying SVGs into the dist folder as well.

This PR addresses #1286 and enhances the package by updating
gulp-imagemin.Updating
gulp-imageminalso meant updatinggulpfile.babel.jsto accommodate the current syntax thatgulp-imageminnow uses. I've included a couple of examples of options that can be configured for each imagemin plugin.
