add playgrounds index page, (copy from /components/ index page)
only deploy on the pull request
remove template (I think it is needed if the template provides the layout, but at this point it is just a text)

I'm closing as we likely need two different kind of playground. In the use case I go after, the pain solved is about not tracking the changes in git.

The pain you go after seems about making it easier to list WIP live examples.

I will keep the generation of the static page, and see if I can prevent Next.js to build the page template.
