  • Building, Mentoring and Leading Engineering teams at Startups to design, develop and deliver great products.

• 2018/11 - 2024/08: Director of Software Engineering TapClicks Inc (via AdStage Inc acquisition)

  • Led engineering teams during design, development, and delivery of a cloud-based SaaS application for dashboards and reporting, including its architecture, tooling, and deployment infrastructure.
  • Worked with stakeholders across various engineering teams as an Individual Contributor(IC) to help fix and establish best way to move forward in addressing major customer facing issues.
  • Mentored engineering team members to write high quality code with readability and ease of change in mind.
  • Recruited, retained, and fostered the growth of exceptional engineering teams by cultivating a positive and collaborative work culture.

• 2017/02 - 2018/09: Omnyway Inc

  • Lead Full Stack Engineer as an early member of core Engineering Team responsible for Core e-commerce POS platform and API development.

• 2012/08 - 2017/02: Runa Inc (Acquired by Staples Inc as Staples Labs)

  • Started as a Senior Engineer. Later promoted to Engineering Lead and Manager responsible for SLA critical web services such as recommendation system, shipping prediction engine, etc.

• 2011/08 - 2012/08: The Climate Corporation

  • Senior Java Engineer as a member of Risk Management Team.
  • Tech Stack: Java, Thrift, Spring, Hibernate and all things AWS.

• 2005/10 - 2011/08: Kyocera Document Solution USA

  • Started as a Software Engineer, then promoted to team lead responsible for developing Web Application that manages IoT printer fleets.
  • Tech Stack: Java, Spring/Hibernate, PostgreSQL, and OSGi.
