I cant install deepspeed

hello i am running a fresh install of Manjaro.

I installed the webui and it works well with these parameteres
--auto-devices --load-in-8bit
it even generates texts and all.

I wanted to improve my performance i found out about the deepspeed thing
so i tried to do a pip install deepseed on my conda env
and i get this error:
