Description
Important
Do not merge until the core repository has been released (relevant PR open-telemetry/opentelemetry-js#5213). Otherwise this PR will cause conflicts with the peer-dependency version defined in the core repo - this will work fine in most cases but pnpm will not like this (i think).
Updates peer-dependencies to allow for zone.js v0.15.0 to be used.
