This update will improve btcli performance, especially overview and lighten load on finney nodes. Also adds btcli wallet history command so you can check your txn history!

Note: this does NOT include the pydantic v2 upgrade. This will be included in a future major release (7.x.x) so subnet owners have time to adjust and update their code. Timeline: ~2 weeks. To get ahead of this change: see the migration-guide.
