invite usability with 8 bit color

In an 8 bit tty it's not clear that I'm waiting for zrok to answer my request for an invitation. The [ Submit ] element appears, but it's not highlighted or changed by pressing tab or enter. I was confused for 30s or so while I tried to figure out how to advance focus from text entry the email confirmation field to submit. Eventually I realized that I had submitted the request and had been waiting the during that time for a response.
