Implement a Caddyfile pre-processor that will automatically zrok-enable a Caddyfile. Will expose the full complement of Caddy functionality, yet keep it simple and integrated with the zrok environment.

Wrap this up into a --backend-mode caddy that uses a Caddyfile path as a target.
