GitHub Student Developer Pack Approved but Benefits Not Received

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to seek assistance regarding my GitHub Student Developer Pack. My application was approved by GitHub 5 days ago, but I have not yet received any of the benefits associated with the pack.

Here are the details:

Application Approval Date: 8 Sept
Email Used for Application: [email protected]
I have checked my email (including the spam/junk folder) and verified my application status on GitHub Education, but I still haven’t received any communication or access to the benefits.

Could someone please assist me with this issue? Any guidance or steps to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

What's the status of your application?

If the label is green and states "Congrats! Your request for @Haidyasser was approved and your benefits will be available soon. that means you have to wait. It usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks; the waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests.

If the label is purple and states "Congrats! Your request for @Haidyasser was approved and your benefits are now available.", that means you should have access to your benefits. Try first going to the pack offers page and select one of the available offers, if you can access them you are fine, if not I suggest you to raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
