You are very welcome to submit drive-by pull requests for issues described in our AO3 issue tracker. Please see our Contributing Guidelines for further information. You can find our Commit Policy and Coding Standards on this wiki. Code reviews and discussion of anybody else's code is also always welcome - we can all learn more - but please remember to keep it constructive.

We recommend using a container based development environment to work on the Archive:

• set up Docker locally,
• or use the cloud-based Gitpod.

However, we also provide instructions for directly installing the otwarchive software on macOS and Linux.

This wiki is publicly editable! Improvements are welcome to any page that does not include a note saying, "Please do not edit this page unless you are an official volunteer." Open positions to become an official volunteer will be listed on the Volunteer page at the Organization for Transformative Works' website.
