[IOPLT-962] Change the primary color in the dark color scheme

Short description

This PR changes the primary color in the dark color scheme to intensify the contrast with the dark background.

List of changes proposed in this pull request

• Update all the theme keys used to render Button… components
• Slightly refactor the selection components (Switch, Radio, Checkbox) to accept theme keys instead of hardcoded chromatic values
• Remove SwitchLabel and AnimatedSwitch because not used anymore
• Replace hardcoded icon color from ListItem… selection components
• Add the new blueIO-300 color
