@nstriedinger This looks good in the app. I think we also need a note in https://github.com/palantirnet/search_api_federated_solr/blob/8.x-3.x/docs/theme.md#upgrading-from-8x-2x-to-8x-3x that mentions the removal of singularity. |

Goal: A light two column layout should display by default without any external dependancies. Style was altered to accomplish this task.
