Rearrange templates/default files (again) #120

After working with the new directory structure for a minute, I wanted to rearrange the templates and defaults used by the-build again.

This set of changes should:

  • Make it more clear how a particular file within defaults/ is used by the-build, based on the directory naming
  • Shorten the property file names, which will hopefully make them more readable and distinguishable
