Makes sure
phing code-reviewandphing code-fixare operating on the same set of files. We transitioned from using the--ignoreargument to--extensionsfor code review, but thecode-fixtarget was still using--ignore, which resulted in different files being scanned ifphpcs.extensionswas changed from the default.
