Describe the bug
I've seen at least one occurrence of two words being incorrectly concatenated.

To Reproduce
I was not able to understand why they were concatenated. They were separated by something like closing tags and labels.
It was the titles of the first and second tabs, from the tabbed markdown extension.

Expected behavior
No incorrect word concatenation.

Since tags are stripped, text before and after is concatenated. A space should be inserted each time a tag is stripped.
