Hi, i actually like how simple piskel is, but i've and problem with color palette, the arrangement of the palette that use grid is make me hard to arrange the color, please make the color palette can be used as free as i want, grid is doesn't matter but the auto placement is the problem. and the size each color grid is too big, and each row just have 5 color, and can't just place it blank. make it 10-15 in row.

and thanks for creating this application, very useful.

Just for inspiration, PyxelEdit does something similar. The palette allows positioning colors in any location, instead of forcing colors to be listed in-order. It also lets you change the palette "space" size (with a certain default).

Together, this makes it easy to arrange similar or related colors together in 2d space (effectively creating shading gradients, etc).
