Bump rectify to latest version of our branch #189

I rebased andypike/rectify#44, and that probably made the old sha1 invalid, so the next deploy might fail. This PR catches up with the rebase.

So turns out that rectify 0.12 has breaking changes. I'll put another branch in place with our patch against the 0.10 or 0.11 release and point to that.
