Needs support for Sphinx 5.0

Sphinx 5.0 was released on May 29, yet furo currently only supports Sphinx 4.x.

Indeed. The newer Sphinx version contains some markup changes in the generated HTML, and this will likely need an update of sphinx-basic-ng as well (since main is now using sphinx-basic-ng).

Well, this is annoying. Sphinx 5.0 allows using docutils 0.18, which changes how footnotes' HTML is generated.

docutils 0.17.x:

Because of the suboptiomal choices made in the new markup (not wrapping the label and backref in a div, same for the p tags of the content), I can't figure out a good way to stylise it, such that it doesn't look horrible.

I've added Sphinx 5 support on the main branch.
