Added dark theme

New features since v0.5.1 (for the new dark theme):

Max width of the forum is now 1440px so it doesn't stretch on, for example, an ultrawidescreen :)

disappearing icons when quick editing post
leftovers of black font are now changed into gray color (i hope there aren't more leftovers)
yellow box around links in menu and on profiles
font color in quoted code tags and in spoiler tag
font color for [code] box and text in it
quick reply box not working
style not loading properly in new tab
Load css style before the page is fully loaded. Fixing the annoyance of seeing the original color (white) for a brief moment on every reload
invisible tables separators are now properly colored
font color in quick edit box is now the proper one
add dark color to drop down menus
made border color around posts a bit darker
