Prevent new sentinels from being added if the container already has sentinels. Currently, if you activate a second focus trap, and then deactivate it either manually or on unmount (PRC), it will add duplicate sentinels in the original container. This PR aims to prevent that by checking if the container already has sentinels as direct children.
