This PR fixes unit test scenario to reflect the latest change of other sub-package (currently, it resolves sub-packages from npm provides old version). It fixes build failure of #454.
Motivation
When multiple sub-packages of MACI has been changed, CI didn't reflect the changes when running unit test for each sub-packages and it causes build failure.
