Fixes and enhancements to support Report Service in Ed
Added Hawkeye Superset Helm chart
Modified policies in Report Service to validate the bearer token
Changes in Report Jobs ConfigMap
Changes in Spark Master StatefulSet to use custom path as SPARK_HOME
Automated user creation in Superset during initialization
