Thanks for this. I also found out it was DST that was messing with the calc offset (weeks that had a DST day of 23 hours would round down to 0 weeks) and didn't get a chance to build a fix. |

This should probably fix issue #222
The problem is that a daylight saving time (DST) was ignored when calculating a number of days between two dates.
